LLL of Pennsylvania
La Leche League
is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated
to providing support, encouragement, information, and education to parents
who choose to breastfeed.
Membership in La
Leche League USA can be obtained from your local La Leche League Group.
Membership fees help to support your local Group, LLL USA, and LLL International.
The benefits of membership vary from Group to Group.
La Leche League of York, Pennsylvania
All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding
are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding
help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.
LLL of York County hosts a morning and evening meeting each month:
Morning Meeting: Second Monday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
York Area United Fire and Rescue Headquarters
50 Commons Dr, York, PA 17402
Parking and a separate entrance are in the back.
Evening meeting: First Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.

La Leche League Leaders are experienced parents who have breastfed their
own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League
International to help with all aspects of
breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding
questions or concerns.

The La Leche League International mission is to help mothers
worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information
